Dalski Stone Products : Limestone
Limestone is an extremely versatile and durable sedimentary stone consisting mainly of calcium deposited by the remains of marine animals. Its warm and neutral tones make it ideal for any number of internal or external applications. It is particularly popular as an indoor/outdoor flooring material where different finishes are applied to give a light contrast but uniform appearance.
Chemicals such as sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from air pollution as well as salt can react with some limestone and make it decay.
